Our manufacturing strength lines in three specializing production bases spanning a total of 28000-square meters: :a 6000-square-meter aluminum extrusion plant,a 10000-square-meter anodizing plant and a 12000-square-meter stainless steel fabrication facility. Kasto have three factories with 28000-square meter,including 13 stainless steel production lines, 4 extrusion lines, and 2 oxidation lines, with a monthly output of aluminum1,200 tons and stainless steel 800tons.We offer OEM&ODM service and have 500tons items in stock. Upon receiving customer orders, we formulate refined production schedules and process plans based on the specifications, surface finish requirements, order quantities, and delivery cycles of aluminum alloy and stainless steel decorative trim.
In accordance with the production plan, we select aluminum alloy profiles and stainless steel sheets (201/304/316, etc.) that comply with national/European standards. We also conduct pre-processing such as composition testing and surface flaw detection on raw materials to ensure the base material quality meets the production standards for decorative trim.
We carry out processing and production in accordance with established processes, including aluminum alloy extrusion, cutting, bending, wire drawing/sandblasting/anodizing/spraying, as well as stainless steel shearing, grooving, bending, welding, polishing/color plating and other procedures. We control precision and surface effects throughout the process to guarantee product quality.
We conduct comprehensive quality inspections on finished decorative trim, including dimensional accuracy testing (length, angle, notch size), surface quality inspection (scratches, color difference, coating adhesion), and mechanical performance testing (bending strength, connection firmness), etc.
We adopt professional packaging methods such as film coating, pearl cotton, cartons/wooden cases for qualified products. We select suitable packaging solutions according to transportation distance and mode to prevent scratches and deformation during transportation and ensure the products are delivered in good condition.
